Since the last update of the Tutorial Video, RDEBALLOTBOX has added
several new features.
1. Notes data field
2. Email data field
3. Current phone data field
All three of these fields allow the subscriber to enter free form text.
Notes allows up to 1000 characters
Email allows up to 50 characters
Current phone allows up to 50 characters
We suggest that you enter consistently formatted email addresses and
formatted phone numbers in their respective fields since you will be
able to filter, sort and output with these fields.
For instance if the phone numbers are formatted consistently and with
the same formatting you will be able to search and find particular
phone numbers the same way would with any other fields.
You will also be able to add output, display and download the contents
of these fields. For instance you will be able to find, sort and display all
phone numbers and/or emails and/or notes for the records you query.
When you display data in the table format text for each of these new
fields will display under its data category like any other field.
When you display data in the line format (usually used on cell phones):
if the text data field is included as output in one of the line numbers
displayed, it will appear as it does in the table format.
if the text data field is included as output in one of the line numbers not
displayed, if these new fields contain text a small pencil icon will
appear as a reminder the there is one or more fields containing text as
part of the output not displayed in the lines displayed.
